Raylene is currently serving as a Director for the California Association of REALTORS®, on the SDAR Housing Committee and Professional Standards. She has served as a Director and Vice President of our local REALTOR® Association. She is a NAR certified instructor and teaches "HOA's in the Real Estate Transaction" classes locally with HOA Attorneys.
Raylene is serving her fourth year as a mayoral appointment for the San Diego Relocation Appeals Board. Raylene keeps herself on the leading edge of the industry through her participation at C.A.R. and SDAR, training and participating at weekly local caravans. She is involved with her profession at a level beyond that of most San Diego real estate agents. She maintains her certification as a "Risk Management Specialist," a program focused on risk mitigation and instructed by legal experts.
With the current market of REO and Short Sale homes, Raylene is certified as a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) and has successfully closed all of her numerous short sale listings. She is one of only a few agents who is qualified to work with the Housing Collaborative in counseling homeowners with HUD counselors on options for distressed homeowners.
